Joe from New Terrain Landscape Design responded very quickly with an email and then a follow-up phone call to discuss our needs for our large house paddock. Joe spent several hours at our place looking at the space, listening to us and getting a feel for what we want for our garden.Joe spent a considerable amount of time at our place after the plan was developed to check, refine and explain the concept plan. Joe has an incredible depth of knowledge of plants suitable for our climate. I love that our budget was taken into consideration too.I now have a plan that suits our large garden. I consult the garden plan every time I go to a nursery. It has actually saved me from buying plants that don't suit our climate, having them die and saved money. Joe has also made himself available to answer my questions after the completion of the job.Since having my garden concept plan from Joe, I have planted hundreds of plants and I can see my garden taking shape.
