Today, a Korean employee helped me with business on line and card open for me making and various tasks.She was very kind, provided the best service with accurate and fast work, and showed a professional appearance of her work.I've done many things in Australia, but I've never received such a service before.The employee's service was the best service that satisfied customer happiness.Sugie Lee, thank you for today!

Do they even care ratings ?? Most rude customer service lady I have ever seen in life. Do commBank ever train there staff ? Worst bank branch you’ll ever visit. I should have gone after seeing reviews. If you can go to alternative locations, that’ll be faster than this. I went there for ID Verification at 2:45 PM. At 5:20, the customer service lady suggested me to go to one room - and I went there. As it was ID Verification issue - they told me they’ve to call Group Security. When the staff in the cabin was on a call hold with group security team - the lady came to me and told me: “LOOK MATE! HE’S NOT PAID FOR THIS TIME. IT,S ALREADY 5:00 - PLZ GO HOME (sic)”Seriously??? I was there at 2:45 - she should have informed me that earlier. And her tone - HE’S NOT GETTING PAID FOR SITTING WITH YOU. She could tell me that also in soft tone. And, I hadn’t talked a single word too - was just waiting till 5:20, just sitting idle using my phone and smiling few times when she was doing in/out. The rudest person I have ever seen in my life.

Four ATM’s for deposit / withdrawal. 3 out of service. Good work CBA!

Standing inline at this comm bank branch (only because I can’t do what I need to online). It’s lunch time (peak bank customer traffic), a line of 10 people moving slowly and only one teller working!!!Management, are you paying attention!?

Honestly tellers are great. But others like Bernard are just rude and unhelpful. His attitude from the get go was just rude. His role is to help customers and not let them go in circles or have more questions. I didn’t understand my next steps and he refused to help me, not understanding my situation and blaming it on me. If you see him ask for someone else for help.
