Went here for a quote.The service was very unprofessional. Upon entering, two staff had made eye contact and ignored me whilst one was eating his sandwich with his feet on the table.And didn’t imitate to service me.I even apologised for catching him at the wrong time. Nevertheless, a very unpleasant experience - I drove off and went to the next store.

A little bewildered at the negative reviews here.I dealt with Chris who seemed to be the business owner for an initial RWC inspection.Service was prompt and very good. I was a bit of a pain with questions etc and he was great with all queries. Probably some of the best customer service I've had for a while, from any business.I'd absolutely consider them in future if I need anything.

Highly recommend for performance custom exhaust, they for fabricate for my car 3 inch exhaust including downpipe with dual tip outlet for vw eos, very happy with the resold!

Called up this business. Asked about exhaust testing for EPA compliance notice and advised car was stock. They advised that they wouldn’t be able to give an answer until I brought the car in. I asked them if there was any advice they would have as I don’t want to bring a car in, pay the fees, and have it fail a test. They told me they can’t tell me anything until I bring it in. I said to them if they couldn’t help for now, then I will hold off with the booking in the meantime and do a bit of research first to see what options I have before reaching out to them again to book the test once I am confident there will be no issue. Person on phone sighed at me and said whatever and hung up. I called the EPA afterward which was a lot more helpful in providing information at what RPM range the test will be conducted at and will be booking a noise test with another shop instead.

Went in for general service and to fix a grinding noise coming from the front brake bearings, i requested that these get fixed aswell as completing the service. $1000 later and i end up with brand new back brake pads…. yet the front ones (which were causing the noise) had been completely untouched. Very frustrating and disappointing as this noise is almost unbearable to listen to while driving around.

You ask a question, they give you their advice. Problem solved reasonable prices they know their stuff.

Brought my car in after a breakdown, and they were happy to take me in despite being fully booked. Spent a lot of time diagnosing a hard to fix issue and didn't charge me extra for all the diagnostic work they did. They kept in touch and updated me, were very transparent about what was going on and didn't charge me an arm and a leg.Thanks heaps to everyone there, I really do appreciate the extra mile you guys went. The Mazda is running alright by the way! Might've been bad fuel haha.

Very efficient and very happy with the end result.

Brought my Delica in with 2 holes in the exhaust. No waiting, they had it up on the hoist and welded shut within 30 minutes. Only cost me $30, well below what I was quoted other places.
