We ordered shutters for our first home and have fallen in love with them. Dave made the ordering process so easy as he was very professional and knowledgeable. Install was quick and clean. The shutters are great quality and have made such an improvement to our home. Would highly recommend this company.

I had a quote and accepted the quote before I read any reviews here. I was very worried about what to expect however aside from a long wait of about 8 weeks (all companies quoted long wait times) i couldnt be happier with the end result. Price was $1000 less than anywhere else and the overall experience with U Blinds has been great! Installation was completed with no hiccups! So I'm guessing the people who have a good experience don't leave reviews and the bad experiences all leave reviews. Would recommend!

Not a company I would recommend. Very poor customer service. Our order was placed in June 22 and still waiting for the job to finished. They have cancelled us a least 4 time and left us unfinished external louver blinds despite numerous follow-up calls. Extremely disappointing with UBlinds.

Just had my shutters fitted this week. Ordered back in May so yes they take a while to come but so worth it! i had text messages to let me know when they were ready, then a phone call to book in the installation. Luke came on the day, on time and did a fantastic job. A lovely polite man who did a fantastic job. It was all done in such a short space of time and the result is amazing. Such good quality shutters that have totally transformed my house and at a fantastic price. Thank you so much for the great service and awesome product. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of having these done. The price compared to others is definitely another reason to use this company. Thanks again.

Appalling, as suggested by many other reviewers. We ordered our blinds late 2021 and finally had the correct versions installed May 2023. They then send us a bill that MUST be paid in 7 days, 4 days later we receive another message telling us that we still have not paid our bill, even though it hasn't been 7 days, and that failure to do so will mean that our debt will be passed on to an extremal debt collector with fees added. Oh, and our credit rating will be adversely affected. What a disgrace. Oh, and I guess we're the ones who have to repaint the holes where the tracks where installed incorrectly and fix the cracked architrave.

Poor installation! Don’t bother going with this company. You wait over 5 weeks to be installed only to be left with damages and uneven installation. Parts broke off within a few hours of installation. was told it can take weeks again for someone to come out fix the damages and reinstall the blinds with correct measurements. Waiting to hear back as I want a refund!

Unsatisfactory service and followup. Bought approx 18 plantation shutters and 2 blinds in December and policy was to have all payment completed before installation so paid $14K in January. Installation 12 February and 1 shutter missing, 1 shutter mismeasured which could not be fitted and missing pieces from both blinds which also could not be fitted. Was told that would have to wait another 6 weeks. Turned out to be more like 8 weeks and still waiting for installation date, which means another day I have to be at home. Installers were great, however, head office not so great. No apology, no followup calls just emails which no consideration for peoples schedules. Would not recommend.

We had several quotes for curtains and plantation shutters for our home and U-Blinds certainly weren't the cheapest but we decided to go with them as they guaranteed supply and instal prior to Xmas 2022. We'd even advised and gained committment from them prior to signing e.g. everthing was in stock and the guarantee was there to honour. As time went on there were several mixed messages about materials not being available, then available and not again and the instal finally occurred 23/01, a month after the initial guaranteed timeframe. The product and instal is good, but please don't be led by their guarantee as they do not stand by this. They claim that they cannot be held to account for supply chain issues which we can understand, but how do you then have enough confidence to guarantee something you cannot deliver on?

Purchased shutters which so far seem ok and were neatly installed, that’s where it stopped. Sliding security doors are cheap chinese rubbish that rattle, faulty locks that don't engage and are not smooth, just cheap. The window security screens seem ok but the jnstallation on all of it is rough as guts. Have been back multiple times to fix things, given up now and will likely replace the sliding security doors with another local company and cut our losses.

Recently purchased some outdoor Zip style blinds from U-Blinds. Quote service was good, technical and usability aspects were explained – questions answered. Price quoted seemed fair. While a slight manufacturing error with the colour marred the installation the U Blinds installer – Siva- handled this very well and provided options to fix. We proceeded with the colour provided which worked out very well – no real loss. Siva and his off sider were friendly and worked well – putting up with an inquisitive home owner. Particularly liked Siva’s attention to detail and customer focus. Pleasure to have them at the house. Early days with usage / wear etc but all seems well so far.
