One of the most disappointing experience ive had to go threw. I was booked at 10: 30am, they were running late so they changed it to 12pm, 12pm came contacted them again still running late they changed it to 2pm, sent a message at 2pm the receptionist didnt bother to reply so i called, and without even notifying me they booked me with a different removalist company because they couldnt make it. The other removalist company arrived at 3 came took a look and decided nope they need a bigger truck, he had the worst attitude the minute he got there and just took off without saying anything to me. Being a single mother of 2 little toddlers you have wasted my entire day, very unprofessional, i literally booked a babysitter for the entire day for this removal,if you want things done dont trust this company or anyone they refer you too. Booked with AAA they arrived same day 30minutes later, with a smaller truck, good attitude unlike you guys. Very disappointed!!!

Couldn’t recommend these guys more, Bruce and Rock were so great from start to finish! They arrived on time got the work done so quick and took so much care to keep our items safe and sound! We couldn’t be happier with the job, definitely will be using them for our next move and recommend it to the family 7friends. You made our moving so smoothly and we are thankful of your great efforts!

These guys are fantastic. They arrived on time and worked really really hard & finished the whole moving job in only 5 hrs. It is a double story 5 bedrooms house. I could not recommend these guys more. It has been a pleasant time to use this company service, easy & efficient which makes my life easier.

Organized an interstate move in advance, they contacted us the day before and wanted almost $1000 more than the original quote. We found another better and cheaper company instead.

We were recommended by our friend to use this company for moving. It is absolutely good choice. After going through the furniture list with the reception, we were arranged to have 8t truck which is perfect truck size to be able to take all our belongings. Bill’s team came on time and worked out the best plan to load the truck within a couple hours. The truck unloading was going smoothly, everything were unloaded in order. The moving was well organized and all my stuffs were moved with perfect protection. It has been such a good moving experience. I would like to recommend these guys to more people. Thank you : )

We have had this company twice to remove our furniture. They have been efficient and highly profession. They cover all your furniture so they are protected and aren’t damaged in the move. I highly recommend them as they have been able to accommodate even on short notice.

Very professional and friendly crew. 2 removalist and a truck service provided with a very reasonable price. Friendly receptionist helped me with the appointment and quote process(which is very helpful for the smooth moving as I have lots of lego and plants) the truck size is just perfect for a 2b2b apartment moving, removalist arrived on time and took good care of my stuff and furniture. So efficient the whole moving only took half time compare to my last moving, thumbs up to the whole crew!
