I've had 3 issues over the past 5 years with my ECA remote garage gate. Trouble shooting over the phone identified the problems and ECA were efficient and professional with their advice and rectifications.Their staff are always friendly and available on the phone and I can strongly recommend their services to anyone with an ECA device problem. I’m not technically minded but John and Michael talked me through the process of installing a circuit board and connecting up remotes for my solar gates. John was responsive via email and over the phone and living in regional Victoria it really helped to have him talk me through the technical side to get the gates working again.

Honestly, if I could give less than one star review, I would this companie is completely dodgy. We have sent them a legal letter from a lawyer and got no reply. We’ve also contacted our bank because they fraudulently keep trying to take money out because I keep disputing the transaction they fixed our gates and within two weeks they broke again and they said it wasn’t their fault. I’ve been back-and-forth with them since December and then they’ve hung up on me multiple times and stopped answering their phones. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Our next step is going through v cat how they can do this to people is beyond me and what type of business dosnt reply to legal complaints and hangs up on customers

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.They are as shoddy as they come.The only true feedback on google is the negative ones all the positive feedback are fakes they got their mates to put them up.You have been warned.

Awful to deal with. Fixed" a broken bolt on our garage door a year and a half ago. Indicated the problem was the motor so upsold a new one. Same bolt broke this year and they denied ever having fixed that issue. Came over to inspect it and took the broken bolt away

ECA sold me a fully remote solar opener for a double sided six metre farm gate. Gave me all the installation and setup documents, along with about an hour’s advice from the techs when I picked up the parts. Worked like a charm! They have also answered my subsequent questions, and I have been very happy with the overall quality of all the parts. Not cheap, but I feel like I got good value for my money. Would recommend them over the cheaper alternatives.

I have been using the services of ECA Electronic Engineering Pty Ltd (Moorabbin) to service the electronic gate on my property since 2017. I have been extremely happy with their service - they arrive on time and get the job done as promised. I usually contact John, the Service Manager in the first instance via email and he is always very prompt in replying and immediately arranges for a service technician to be available to fix/service my electronic gate usually the next day! John always communicates with me to advise what the problem is before the technician proceeds with the job and will get my approval first to go ahead with the job. It is for this reason that I have complete trust in John and his team at ECA Electronic Engineering Pty Ltd and I would highly recommend them.

Worst, dodgiest company I have ever dealt with. They have blamed Australia Post twice for non delivery of circuit board, latest time was November last year, it still hasn't been received. Now they expect me to give them another $600 and they will post another board. Who posts a $600 part without registering it so it can be tracked? I offered to pay for postage and was told not to worry they will post at their expense. I have no doubt it was never posted. NEGATIVE 5 STARS *DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*

Most terrible company I have ever seen. Booked to come to fix my gate yesterday. But none turned up. Waste me taking one day leave. None answer the phone.
