This is a complaint in regards to your staff at that Caltex service station at 66 Memorial Ave Woy Woy on Sunday 11/11/18 at approximately 9am. I believe the your staff member name is Shelly.My Daughter entered and asked for change to use the car washing facilities, as she and I always do as we like to use our local shops. Shelly ? stated that she could only supply a small amount of change, to which my Daughter agreed to. As my Daughter went to leave she was verbally abused by your staff member Shelly? as to why my Daughter was not going to buy anything. The abuse was prolonged and vulgar in Shelly's tirade. My Daughter was shaken and upset as she and our family use this service station for Petrol. incidentals and use the washing facilities. However NEVER again will we go to this service station for anything. I will be passing on my comments to all I know in regards to the disgusting service that my Daughter was submitted to.

Convenient, easy access

I am stunned by the cleanliness of this place. Amazing place. Best price and lovely staff.

The only servo open 24/7 on The Peninsula, which is handy when you need to fill up at night, or grab some essentials. The staff are always friendly and helpful.But unfortunately, this servo, like all others in the area, has inexplicably high fuel prices compared to servos located a short drive away in Gosford.Until the service stations on The Peninsula correct their price gouging practices, I have to give just a single star.

Either fix the automatic car wash or get out of the car wash game. It’s been broken the past three times I’ve been to use it. No maintenance on any of the car wash facilities so even the DIY car wash is sad as the brushes are worn out and the coin slot only takes coins on the 3rd or 4th insert. Bins are constantly over flowing, there’s a vacuum machine that’s out of order. The place is just a real run down mess and the customer service is appalling. Always feel like a get a real dose of attitude every time I go in there. Looking forward to the new car wash on OB Rd opening up, I won’t be back here!

Great little servo that's open 24hrs never had a problem with any staff there all ways been friendly and polite love all the other comments here trying to rip into the caltex bagging out there staff and facilitys grow up and start supporting the businesses on the peninsula or they won't be here for everyone to use absolutely love this lil place

Great coffee, variety of hot foods and cold Foods, staff are absolutely wonderful and friendly.and we have a new variety of donuts.
