Very friendly staff who are more than accommodating. They have so many parts in stock that more often than not you'll be able to buy what you need then and there. If they don't have it in stock they'll order it in for you. I found the prices are also very reasonable.

Not going back here again .. For some reason they have locked my trade account to another branch and refused to give me trade price even though I signed up again at this branch, rang their head office which didn't get back to me either.. wasted 45 minutes of my time waiting around in the store for a call back and eventually I walked out, went to supercheap auto signed up with trade account in 5 minutes and was over $28 cheaper than these hacks. Don't waste your time there's plenty of aftermarket parts with the same quality from competing retailers, also quoted me close to $400 on a part I found down the road for $190 same exact part same brand same manufacturer.

If you want to be totally ignored and disrespected this is definitely the place to come!!!! Nothing like customers coming in to ruin your online gaming or whatever they’re doing on their computers that is so much more important than making a sale.My advice. Go to Supacheap. They were great.

There prices are always a ripp off, staff are usually rude, just stare at you when you walk in like they owe you something , its ok if you need something asap and cant wait a few days for it, other than yeah average at best
