Mosaics by the Bay
I took my first class today and I had a great day thanks to Heather and all my fellow students. Heather provided excellent guidance and suggestions, helping me plan and design my piece. I found making my mosaic was so relaxing, months of stress melted away as I stuck each little tile piece down. I found myself smiling and relaxed as I worked away. I think I will be doing a lot more of this wonderful new creative. meditative pastime.

Lovely workshop in a beautiful location. Great fun in a very friendly atmosphere, and Heather is such a knowledgeable and generous teacher. I had no idea how mosaics were created so it was really fun to try my hand at something completely new to me.

Heather is a very talented mosaic artist. She has a beautiful studio where I attend mosaic classes each week.I love going to these classes and I have learnt so much.I cannot imagine a better way to spend Wednesdays.Our class has so much fun and we are all good friends now.

What a fabulous place to get inspiration for learning how to mosaic with Heather our easy going, experienced & talented teacher along with others in the class. For me as a beginner, it’s been a fun way to learn, lots of laughs, we are encouraged to try different things and no question is a stupid one.I don’t know why it took me so long to book in!

I didn't think I had an artistic bone in my body but after enjoying a full day workshop with Heather, I discovered a new skill I didn't know I had. That was a few years ago now and I am hooked. Thoroughly recommend - just do it!

I moved to the Bass Coast 16 months ago, one of the best things I did was to go along to a Mosaics session at Mosaics on the bay, Heather was so welcoming & introduced me so many wonderful people that I look forward to seeing each week.The work that everyone is doing in class is absolutely wonderful.Heather is such a wonderful teacher & always willing to help.

Heather Fahnle teaches with an expert eye and a sense of humour. Her small class size and beautiful setting leaves you with an extra bit of Zen in your life.I have been attending for over a year and alway look forward to learning and creating a unique piece of artwork.You can also do day workshops with a yummy lunch, meeting interesting people as you chat and mosaic.All equipment is suppliedHighly recommended for all ages.
