Owned my 14 s1000r for barley 2 weeks and noticed a coolant leak out of the ball valveHad the day of and popped into bmw Doncaster, the tech manager told me the waterpump must be replacedI was then snuggled in to get it fitted asapThanks so much guys

Went prepaired to buy a BMW R18, was given excuses so no Test ride. Visited store twice. Second time was told the bike is out with the other sales rep . Will call you & never did .Very bad service.

This review is a couple of years late, but came here to look at the R9T after a horrid service at Triumph. Called and advised I’ll be heading in with a Duc Monster for valuation and trade in. I was greeted by name at the door by the salesman because he took note of me riding in on the monster. Went for a no time limit test ride, had a couple of coffees at the cafe and the deal was sealed. I’m still extremely happy with the bike and services provided by BMW.

Spoke to Martin - excellent customer service. Wasn’t buying on the day, but towards the end of the year. But I had loads of questions which he took the time to answer, and even go to the bother of demonstrating the active suspension on a R1250 GSA, whilst I was seated on the bike. Other dealers need to look hard at themselves to do better than Martin at BMW Motorrad Doncaster! He has definitely got my business when I’m off my motorcycle restrictions, and can get a non LAMS bike! Also mentioned that they do ride days once a month. So what are the other dealers doing?! It really is a stark contrast. Come here!

Had my R nineT's first service today with Doncaster Motorrad with Jordi. What a great experience it was from the checkin desk in the driveway to riding off on my bike at the end of the service. Jordi explained fully what was going to take place in the service and discussed the future services with my bike. The Motorrad showroom was awesome with a great range of accessories on show and available to try on. Definitely recommend heading to Doncaster Motorrad for you bikes service.
