A wonderful place to shop. Dianna, Jenestra, Gabe, Luka, Miller, Kathy, Chrissy and Kerri are lovely; friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Family business that has been supporting Murwillumbah for over 20 years.The shop has a great selection of organic fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs, spices, pantry and cold food staples. It is also well stocked with alternative organic options to meet your bathroom, kitchen and laundry needs.I am a regular visitor at Fresh Wholefoods, I visit it every week; if not twice a week, it is my 'Go-to first before I go anywhere else.What really impressed me last Saturday, I arrived at the shop thinking it was still opened at 1:30 pm; it was closed, but the girls were still tidying up, they saw me at the door and Dianna let me in to purchase a few items. Now that is what I call supporting your community.Do yourself, your health and the health of your family a favour and make Fresh Wholefoods a part of your weekly shop.

Good range of products, if a little overpriced. First visit today but won't be returning due to the poor manner of the staff here. Feels like city attitude has come to the country. Until staff can connect with their customers in a friendly manner, which appears to be an ongoing problem for them, they may not have many return customers

Great store, most of the staff are great. A little pricey but that seems to be the norm when buying organic food that doesn't make you sick and kill you. The owner is rude, unwelcoming and unhelpful.

Love the place and the team at Fresh Wholefoods. Always friendly vibes and helpful recommendations, and I'm very grateful to have a wholefoods store with that level of variety in our little town. If you look around, you can find that some items are significantly more affordable to buy there than at Coles, e.g. Himalayan Sea Salt. Plus, they support local farmers, which is commendable. Thank you guys!!

Pretty good variety of products for the area, however quite overpriced. I wasn't very impressed with the fresh produce range or quality, and the staff aren't very welcoming or engaging. Wouldn't return or recommend unless you really need a specific item they stock and don't have the time to travel to another store to purchase it.

Awful, awful, awful customer service.It’s appalling and disheartening that regardless of the fact that many people over many years have commented on their hostility and general unfriendliness, the staff are still just AWFUL.In addition to that it’s a miserable, overpriced, poorly put together store.This business is such a waste of space. Fingers crossed they’re not around for much longer.

Rudest staff I have ever come in contact with. I dont understand how they are still running and still have customers. Its disgusting how ill mannered there staff are, you would expect nice welcoming people in a health food store but no why be nice and connect with your customers to build up a solid customer base.

Last week I bought a tin of matcha tea from Fresh Wholefoods, Murwillumbah at a cost of $29-, took it home and tried it and found it to be poor grade and bitter so I returned it for a refund and was told they could not give me my money back because it was opened, I said well how could I know the quality of the product without tasting it?, any way they said they would contact the company and see what they say, so I left the tea and my phone number with them, about a week went by and no contact so I called in to see what was happening to be told that is was my responsibility to contact the manufacturer if I didn’t like the product. I said surely you could help out a customer of eleven years who has never ever returned anything to their shop?, the answer was no, they then went on to ask if I knew how much to use and if knew how to prepare it, I assured them that I was experienced at preparation and the tea I purchased was the worst quality that I have tasted. I asked them again to please refund me the $29- and they said no, they suggested for me to give away the tea to a friend!. I thought to myself I value my friends a lot more than they value their customers. I left the tea with them to bin it. The tea was bitter but nowhere near as bitter taste of my experience with Fresh Wholefoods, they lost a customer and customers talk about their experiences to friends.
