Pat 4 Pilates Yoga Fitness
I'm attending Pat's classes for several years now and have noticed improvement in my physical body. I personally love the Pilates part of the classes. Pat has a really nice energy and is very encouraging. She explains well where to focus on during an exercise, which I find helpful.

Pat 4 Pilates Yoga Fitness
Pat has assisted me in my post breast cancer recovery. Her classes are challenging but you can modify as she guides you. Pat is caring and compassionate and gives individualised instructions. I have been attending for over two years now and enjoy the friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
