The staff here are always amazing and I'm not an easy patient

I had no appointment but didn't have to water long. The male nurse who looked perhaps middle eastern was friendly, an expert at extracting blood with minimum fuss and very profficient with the information. I didn't have to pay thanks to Medicare. Thanks Staff.

Poor knowledge uneducated staff members. I had called three times previously to this clinic asking if I could do a NIPT test on a Saturday morning. Different staff members that answered the phone advised I could come to this clinic to do an NIPT test on a Saturday morning. All three staff members advised that I could do the test on a Saturday. So I arrived at this clinic to do my test on a Saturday morning and the man at the reception advised I couldn’t do the test on a Saturday and it must be done from Mondays to Thursdays. If the staff members can’t even get simple information correct about when tests can be conducted how can they even do the test properly and accurately. This is very disappointing and poor form.

They wouldn't answer their phones when I needed to book a particular test and I tried so many times.They need a booking hotline or something. I couldn't go in for the test until I had a booking.Walking in just to make a booking for another time also increases chances of catching/spreading illnesses such as flu and COVID.

I had my glucose test done here today. The staff was absolutely amazing, they kind and helpful.

Was surprised to read all the negative comments which appear to be based on unrealistic expectations or self entitlement. The facility is located at the end of the building near a medical centre. There is only limited parking out front but a bigger paid car park across the road. The place was clean and well kept. The staff were efficient and professional. Wait time was acceptable for this type of service

Staff were excellent when I had a bad reaction to a test and took care of me, and put me at ease the whole time. The pathologist's concern was evident, and she went as far as getting me some damp cloths for my head and neck, and insisting it was no bother and telling me take my time etc. I didn't get her name unfortunately, but wish I had so I could thank her again.Additionally, the procedure itself was quick and efficient - it was just the aftermath that dragged on, which was no fault of theirs.

Lovely & helpful staff. Came in at 3pm and was taken in immediately. Usually nurses and doctors have trouble finding my veins but these guys always get it done quickly and efficiently. Results are also always sent to the correct doctor promptly!

I arrived at 7:30 am and was very promptly processed and ready to have bloods taken. Usually I can end up with a bruise from the process - but this time no pain - no bruise and a very efficient visit. Thanks to the team at Dickson - an easy process this time round.

Went in for a blood test today and let the dr know I had a bad experience last time somewhere else. He was fantastic, chatted to me, and it was so quick and painless. Really great experience.
