Kathmandu - Shepparton was outstanding. Awesome EOY sale (ends Aug 3) and although stock was clearly running low on some items, they couldn't have done more to assist. Highly recommended.

I love shopping here- the store is always spotless and the clothes are neatly organised so its easy to browse. There is a great selection of clothes and customer service is fantastic. The manager, Michelle will go out of her way to source items from other stores if they are out of stock. Always friendly and happy to refund or exchange items if you change your mind.

One of my best experience as a customer. Thanks to Kathmandu store Shepparton you guys are amazing. Today I went in with a pair of shoes I bought 7 month ago which got discoloured due to some reason. The guys at the store were very welcoming and helped me to replace the product and full refund. They were very understanding and happy to service. Now this is called amazing and they made my day. Cheers guys you guys are the best.
