I had my Mazda 3 skyactive serviced and had the belt tension repaired as the first time wasn’t done properly and now again 6 months later it’s happened again thank goodness another Mazda at Sutherland found the issue another bolt was shoved in to hold it al together and it was fraying luckily the car didn’t turn off. Do not get any parts changed at this service centre they allow young and inexperienced tradies to fix your car.

I have just updated my review, my past with Mazda Rockdale service was terrible, however then came along David, who has gone over and above to look after me. All credit to David he has done a great job.I've needed to return multiple times for warranty issues, finally last visit (24/1) after 3 or 4 previous attempts they said they will contact the supplier of the light bar and find out how they can sort out another issue with the inner wheel guard where it meets the bull bar and then call me. I've still not heard from them. I have just booked my car in for another small issue with the roller door cover on my BT50, I wonder if. they will sort the other issues at the same time and I have no confidence they will sort the roller cover in one visit, it costs me a Uber home after dropping it off to Sylvania and then and each time, the costs are adding up, the problem is all the issues are with the dealer fitted extras on the Thunder and you need to take it back to where you bought it from, if it wasn't for that I would never go back

Upon booking the service over the phone, I was quoted a price of $515. However, when I arrived at 9 am, I was given a different quote of around $540. Despite the price discrepancy, I reluctantly agreed, hoping for a smooth and efficient service. Unfortunately, that was far from the case.I was informed around 11 am that the car's injector needed cleaning, adding an additional cost of $130. Shortly after, I received another call stating that the front two tires were worn out and needed replacement, amounting to a staggering $340. This continuous stream of unexpected charges was highly frustrating and made me question the integrity of the service center.Moreover, the promised completion time of 2 pm was not honored. When I inquired about the status at 3:30 pm, I discovered that my car had been ready for some time. It was disheartening to realize that I had been waiting unnecessarily and that the staff had failed to provide any updates as promised.To add insult to injury, the time recorded on the receipt was incorrect, stating that my car was taken in at 9:30 am and released at 5:00 pm. This discrepancy raises concerns about possible overcharging for the duration of the service.In the end, I spent a total of $1148 for a 68,000 km service, significantly higher than the initial quote. The overall experience left me deeply dissatisfied with both the communication and the quality of service provided by Rockdale Mazda. Regrettably, I have decided that this will be my last visit to their service center.

My first experience here and it was completely unpleasant.My hubby booked a car inspection and we were told that it was fail to pass.They told me that the buckle belt on the back passenger’s seat was broken and alright, I don’t mind paying for it to be replaced, but guess what? They charged me $500+ for a piece of plastic buckle which is for me is unbelievably unreasonable.I’m more than happy to pay for anything that needs to be improved like general service, change of brakes, oil top up etc etc and I won’t think twice if it was the case.I called them at noon just to cancel the $500 plastic buckle order and I told them that I’m not happy even tho that’s includes the service labour still that price doesn’t make sense to anyone. They slammed the phone. WOW.You’re not happy because I’ve realised that I’m getting ripped off? Just because you can’t find anything wrong with my car doesn’t mean you can charge me however much you want.I don’t expect this kind of behaviour and customer service from such a reputable company.Glad that I didn’t do my business here. Would never come back. And I’ll make sure to spread the word about this experience.

I bought my Mazda CX-3 from Rockdale Mazda 6 years ago. And I have had it serviced with them every year since. The car has been fantastic and the service has been exceptional. Nothing but smooth sailing for me. They appear to run a very very slick operation. They genuinely have advised me, more than once, on how not to spend money on the car unnecessarily.
