Di Jones Paddington as a whole is the most efficient and professional real estate agent we've ever dealt with. Deserving special mention is Eliza McGrath - the property manager for the property we've been leasing. Eliza is prompt to reply, understanding, and fair - we felt at all times respected by her and every interaction was easy. The agency is, overall, great to communicate with. If you're considering renting a property managed by this team - go for it, they're amazing.

Incredible experience overall with my tenancy with DiJones Paddington. A special callout and mention to Milos Gagic our Property Manager, who always so kind, respectful and efficient with any questions or requests from the start of our lease. Milos was very helpful and kind at all times and assisted when he needed to. I want to thank him for making us feel very comfortable with him and our apartment. Do not rent from Di Jones is my recommendation.We rented from Di Jones Real Estate, Paddington for 9 months in Rushcutters Bay up until March 2023. We really enjoyed the space and location of the apartment but we never felt respected as renters. Maybe it was due to a high turnover of some unprofessional staff.*For example Di Jones staff entered our apartment without giving us reasonable notice and without our permission.*We copped a notification of 6.5% rental increase after only 6 months.*A broken dishwasher was not replaced for 2 months.Our rent was increased to $1225/week.Best to stay clear of Di Jones Real Estate.

We rented an apartment via Di Jones at Paddington. We really liked the place, even though the apartment had problems, the appliances were poor and repairs took a very long time.A significant rent increase after 6 months of renting though was too much and we moved out. Without the rent increase, we would have stayed.The apartment was initially listed at more than we had been paying, but has now been reduced to less than we had originally paid and is still available.There is a lesson here for landlords and real estate agents.

We've had Emma and more recently Eliza looking after us as tenants. I couldn't have asked for more as far as them being responsive, courteous and quick to attend to any issues that occurred during the two years we rented our Paddington property.Thanks for being awesome, it gave us great peace of mind to know we were always in good hands.

I am in love with my new home!!And I want to say a big thank you to DiJones Paddington real estate, but especially to Caz and Sophie who made this possible!!, their help was invaluable in helping me navigate the paperwork when renting my first apartment, and for that Im very grateful ♡♡♡♡♡Sophie was very positive when showing me the apartment, clarifying my doubts and assuring me that we would keep looking until we found the right one for me.Luckily we didn't have to search for too long!!
