Destroyed my cuticles and don’t think they realised that I speak numerous languages and could understand every word they were saying about my mum and I purely because I look white. I won’t go into detail about the horrific things that were being said, but making a customer bleed numerous times and then calling the person names and laughing in your native tongue when they ask you stop because it hurts is very unprofessional. All the reviews on this page is accurate. Don’t bother, go to the nail salon 50 metres away on the other side of Kmart.

Extremely rude, completely messed up my nails, tried to make me get shellac multiple times after i kept saying no thanks, also told me that for the colour i wanted it would be $50 instead of $35! They’re set student price was $35 dollars, they made me pay $40. They kept trying to give me false price charges and on top of that, when I went to pay the lady put her hand in my pocket to grab the cash out, which is a huge violation of my privacy and any customers privacy this made me extremely uncomfortable and violated as a teenage girl. There was 3 staff members doing over 7 people’s pedicures and manicures at once, took over 2 hours to get a set of acrylics. The staff screamed at me for accident bumping my nail on their faulty fan. Do not come here they are very rude and unprofessional.

Do NOT ever go here. They have no hygiene. Cockoaches roaming around everywhere. They charge $ 45 for only shellac polish on hands. The Lady owner is extremely rude. The two boys are very nice.

I rarely have nice visits to nail salons but I really enjoyed my visit today. It’s been a while since I have had my nails done since having a baby but the staff here made me feel so welcome, said hello, explained to me what they were doing and what products they were using. I walked away so happy with what I got and will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Don't bother! The pedicure was OK, they didn't cut my toenails and I had to ask. I asked for shellac when 3 different staff members asked what I wanted, they started prepping my nails for extensions! Filed them down then didn't do a manicure when I asked, left cuticles gross etc and painted it clear and still charged full price!!!

The worst pedicure I ever received. First of all I didn’t get a message that was included. she just put the body scrub on my legs and rinsed it. She hurt my ankle with the pumice stone, Messed up the shape of my toes after I asked her so many times to please make them square. Not to mention she painted my toes so far from my cuticles that it looks like it has been done a week ago… Everything was rushed and HORRIBLE . The lady with the short grey hair (I guess the owner) was very rude and told me to go somewhere else when I politely said that I’m not happy with the service. Mins later she sucked up to me so i can get a refill on my nails. Of course I said no. I read other bad reviews and I agree with them. The a few good reviews must be their friends lol…. Very rude and unprofessional!!! I am never going there again!!!

I went to this shop last week for nail pulish and manicure. I had a very bad experince. One lady staff scrubbed my nails more than needed and made damage on 3 nails from my right hand. Since then, i have been in pain and cannot do the basic stuff. They are sore. It will take some time to recover.Another feedback, the shop is so dirty and full of jerm. They dont clean the desks and chairs …I dont recommend this shop

Got acrylic nails with nail art and I have to say that I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service and my nails. The salon was clean, the employees were friendly and highly skilled. The price was amazing as well. I’d say that it was definitely worth it!

Extremely rude manager ( the lady with big head). I did gel pedicure but it cracked after couple of days. When I came back and asked them to fix ( even I wanted to pay) the manager said you are lying and you did it in the other salon. She was extremely rude and was shouting at me and keep saying go go.I wonder how can kick this business out of subur? Please tell me who ever knows the Procedure.

This place is amazing!! I come every few weeks to get my nails done here and I have never had a bad experience. Today I had acrylic Infils with french and chrome and they look amazing! I have recommended this place to all my friends best nails I have ever had from here, will never go anywhere else!! All the staff are so sweet and genuine and make you feel so comfortable.Thank you guys!!
