Had set menu $45 per person, very decent serve with all dishes... Good taste more than enough.... Good services as well. Very nice environment. No need to wait on Friday night due to virus period

Had brunch here last week. Friendly staff, great coffee, casual atmosphere. Only complaint was my chorizo omelet. Had way to much potato in it. Actually I would leave potato right out of an omelet personally. Couldn't eat it.

Lovely service. Dog friendly out the front. Quite a lot of choices of food but the burgers /BLAT were a bit dry.Cold drip was very smooth.Edit: had to deduct stars as a friend got food poisoning after their fish and chips.

We read good things about this cafe/ tapas bar and decided to head there for a lazy Sunday lunch. We arrived without a booking which for lunch is completely acceptable. We had no trouble getting a table and a very friendly waiter showed us to a table inside. There was a lot of people dining when we were there and the hard polished concrete floors meant that the volume got close to excessive a number of times. As far as ambiance goes the modern industrial decor is pleasant but the noise was a bit bothersome. The menu is extensive and includes Spanish, Mexican and more traditional cafe/ bistro fare. We ordered three mains from the lunch cafe menu and a round of drinks. The food was well prepared with fresh and flavourful ingredients. The serving sizes were adequate but a side of fries with a burger or a small salad with the mixed grill would have improved the value and enjoyment of the meal.Overall what we had was good but not excellent. I would love to come back and try some dishes from the tapas selection as I think this is what this venue is known for.In conclusion... I’ll be back to see what more this funky venue has to offer.

Had a pleasant meal at the Bull & Bear Cafe. The staff were friendly and quick to get me a table. The Passionfruit and Mango Smoothie were refreshing and filling, but the smoothie lacked flavour. The Santiago tasted okay and the portion was large. I wasn’t a big fan of the morcilla sausage that came with the Santiago, but that’s just my personal preference. Personally, while the food was nice it didn’t have that wow factor.

Would say the best 5 star restaurant in the entire Illawarra. Food is on point with flavour as well as the drink options they have for non-alcoholic drinkers. Atmosphere was sensational with calm and relaxing Spanish music. Staff were really friendly which enhanced my experience. Would definitely recommend and visit here again to try the whole menu.

Ordered numerous items with a large group of friends. Bacon was a little too crispy in my brekkie roll but was ok overall, if anything was quite small for the price. The fresa juice was ok, didn’t wow me like some freshly squeeze juices do.Staff hospitality could also be improved, cheerfulness in cafe restaurants go a long way.Not a terrible experience but I will look elsewhere next time I’m in the area.

Bull & Bear in Victoria Street Wollongong has been serving up your regular café favourites for 7 years. But it’s the infusion of Spain into delicious house made produce that sets it apart. An extensive menu worth checking out, more in our blog at foodogenic.com.au @foodogenicphotos

Fantastic Father’s Day breakfast! Great coffee, food and smoothies. Fast to come out, and delicious. Have tried them for dinner a few times, so it was nice to see that breakfast was just as good
