1st Class Hand Car Wash & Detailing

This car wash lives up to its name. Service was friendly, workmanship was very good. These guys are skilled at their trade. Coffee was even great! Very good experience. Highly recommend.

What a JOKE!Last time I got my work car cleaned here they charged me $99Today the guy said $250! I said mate that’s a bit expensive don’t you think? He then said alright $200It’s a work car I didn’t need it spotless, I’m not selling it.

I was a bit skeptical to use this service because of the 2.8 rating but OMG WAS I PROVED WRONG. I truly have never had a better car wash. I paid extra to have my seats steam cleaned and it shaved YEARS off my car. My husband and I keep sitting in the car just to observe how mind boggling clean it is. The dashboard, doors and surfaces have all been polished and look SO great, the carpets look brand new. I will use this car wash over and over again. Cannot rate higher.

Really happy with their service. My car got some scratches from tree branches. Checked around and received quotes from $200 to $500. But 1st class hand car detailing did a good job but charge less. Highly recommend them

Took my car here for a basic wash and vacuum. The person at the counter received me well and suggested me to go for their $60 ultimate wash which had hand polishing included. Interior was vacuumed well but washing wasn’t done right. The person washing took a random sponge and started cleaning the bottom part of the car first and then the glass and bonnet, roof etc. road grime, tar and dust picked up by the sponge damaged my car’s paint and left scratches. Unprofessional people just covering up stuff to make it look like an expensive wash. In my opinion $30 wash is the maximum you should spend here. If you love your car and wash it yourself and you take it for an occasional wash outside, avoid this place. For the name they have nothing matches, i had to ask them to do the hand polish as they charged me $60 for it and all they did was spray something and wipe it. When I asked about the product the person said it’s Polish, Go figure! Two stars only because the interior was vacuumed properly.

Do not waste your time or more importantly your money. This is how I got my car back after the $200 inside and out “detail”.

Very bad service, unprofessional staff and management the worst car wash I have ever seen. 60$ for basic washing leaving inside dashboard not properly cleaned not welcoming for yhe new customers I hope they close soon and change it self serve .DO NOT GO THERE!

I've been going to get my car washed/cleaned at 1st Class Hand Car Wash for a while now and have had no issues! Friendly staff, quick service and my car looks better than any other car wash i've been to!

My car was side swiped, and when 1st class tried to buff it out a chip of paint broke off. I don't think this was their fault (the paint would have been damaged in the accident and broke off during buffing) but 1st class lied about it and claimed that the chip was there when they started (I have photos; it wasn't).In this case the damage wasn't their fault, but the staff member I spoke to wasn't honest enough to just tell me what happened.I won't be going back.

Low prices for such a good car wash by hand! I've never done the steaming or the inside cleaning but I know they're really good at cleaning the exterior, everyone in my family comes here to wash their cars
