Smile Centre Surrey Downs

I always look forward to my appointment here.Mostly because I'm crushing on the receptionist.

Called in personally with my wife yesterday as my wife has a very bad tooth ache. The girl at the desk didn't seem to care, just said nothing available until 5th February. Apparently they don't have an emergency dentist.We are regular patients at Smile Centre, Very dissapointed with the service.Thankyou for quick response to my review. Seeing my wife this morning, very much appreciated.

I was called because an opening had come up on Thursday . I grabbed it. I also have some post concussion symptoms to manage, I let the Dentist know and she did he best to manage the triggers. On the dental side I had a crown fitted. Fair dinkum this was the best crown I have ever had fitted. Dentistry has come along way from the grumpy old man in a white coat that didn’t give a rats if he hurt you or not. Taking kids to Smile Centre Surrey Downs will have them happy to go back instead of scared of the dentist. Full credit to Smile Centre they are doing a great job

Great service and long open hours. I am very anxious at dentists, but the hygienist was great. Very gentle and explained exactly which spots I was missing when brushing. Dentist took the time to explain things and was sensitive to my anxiety.

Jaya is an excellent and compassionate dentist, been attending this clinic for over 10 years, we recently moved to Stansbury on the Yorke Peninsula and will still travel to Surrey Downs to have treatment. I recently required 2 Crowns, Sarah was able to accomodate me at short notice, which was excellent and appreciated, the great thing being all Crowns are completed on site, no more days waiting..... all completed within hours.All dentists are of very high standards, dental technicians and reception staff always happy and friendly.

Kind of conflicted to write a bad review because the work done by the dentists and dental assistants are consistently amazing. I have not had one bad experience on their behalf. The only reason I stay at this clinic is because their service is good.I am however fed up with the admin. FAR too many phone calls!!!!! If you book an appointment be prepared to get multiple phones calls because they either want to change your appointment around or they want to see if your available on the day they call to come in for a spot that’s opened and if you say no they’ll call again either the next day or the day after for another free spot!!, i had an appointment last month and was called an hour after my appointment was over to see if I could come back for my second appointment which I booked days later for a reason....It’s all good intentions I guess... if I didn’t work shift work and make my appointments on certain days for a reason to suit my schedule then it wouldn’t be such an issue but majoirty if the time I finish work and their clinic is closed so I don’t return the call. There should be a recall system in place for people who would love to get last minute cancellation appointment. But that’s not me so it is frustrating!. I even got 2 phone calls today, a text message AND an email to remind me for an appointment that isn’t for another WEEK and I bet you I’ll get another 3/4 phone calls and a text sent the night before to confirm. It’s honestly insane it’s way over the top!! I’ve put up with 4 years of this. It seems so little to complain about but if you saw my phone logs you’d understand

Great staff here. Have been treated by Sam and Harry and both did fantastic work. Was able to see both of them in short notice when I was in pain and needed work done. Will be my go-to place for the foreseeable future.

The best group of staff, kind, friendly and easy to have conversations with. Always displaying excellent service to their patients. Have definitely made my braces journey more enjoyable!
