I called Jim to get a pink slip check and he recognised some issues from work done by previous mechanics. Sourced parts and did the necessary work to ensure my bike was roadworthy within a week. He even picked and dropped my bike off as it needed additional work. Very helpful and great customer service!

Jim serviced my DR650 and upgraded my suspension. He was polite, on time and honest with clear communication and great prices. Best of all, I didn't have to leave home. Feels like a new bike.

He checked everything to such detail on my bike that revealed a tiny, hidden crack I was unaware of and helped me avoid a major breakdown. Jim did a maintenance check for my bike. He arrived on time. He is very easygoing and detailed. For the service, he went through a checklist from changing the engine oil, filters to checking tyres, the chain, lights, radiator and battery He also did a test ride after the service. I am pretty happy about the service. Highly recommended.
