We had Gemma pierce my daughter's ears today, and can not fault the experience. We opted for them to be pierced with a needle as opposed to the gun, and the process and experience was so smooth.My daughter has walked away very happy and they look great.Gemma is so lovely, patient and informative. My go to in Albury. Matt is great, absolutely love how he styles and cuts my hair. The intensity of the colours I get in my hair is amazing. Will definitely continue to come back. Everyone I have spoken to and interacted with have been great.

Courtney is lovely. I got helix piercings done and they have healed wonderfully. The staff are also very kind and helpful. The jewellery is a little expensive but definitely worth it overall

Went into Hairhouse Albury today to have my Monroe piercing removed and the piercer who removed it was really gentle and was friendly and made removal very easy

We have been going to the HHW in Albury for a few years now. I have found three different stylists there that are great for both myself and my daughter. They listen to exactly what you want and deliver. Having all the products there available is a bonus. The customer service person is brilliant. They try really hard to for you in if you are seeking appointments last minute. Highly recommend.

Took my cousin here to get a mullet. Came back with 6 different bold spots I think the workers here might needs some hearing aids he came home in tears on the verge of throwing himself off a cliff because yous made him hoeless we had to go bald it was that bad a one star isn’t low enough for this disaster

WORST HAIRCUT IVE EVER GOTTEN!! Got a haircut in November by a lady who worked there. Asked for shortish layers and curtain bangs. I now have what my friends describe as a “bob mullet”. I look like I have a bob and then bad hair extensions underneath, no blending, and so so short!!! She just hacked away at my hair with no care and had me out of her chair in 10 mins. I haven’t been able to fix it yet because it is so unbelievably short that anything shorter would make it worse. 0/5 stars!!
