A&R is a family business which specialises in VW (VW, Audi & Skoda) maintenance and servicing. I have been utilising A&R for over 10 years and have found them to be consistently honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommended and well regarded amongst the VW owner community, they can take two weeks notice to gain a booking spot.

Both times they've checked things I've pointed out and during the day they've called and said 'we can change it, but probably don't need to do it yet'. That sort of approach really makes me trust that they're looking after the car, not just chasing money. It also means that when they do say something needs doing, I'm much more likely to go with it!Definitely can recommend to any VW owner.

I own a 10 yr high mileage (what's metric for mileage?) Skoda Yeti I enjoy driving too much to trade in. Tony and the crew first saw the car at 280k km, did brake rotor and timing belt change initially and continued to impress diagnosing and repairing EGR (big job and complex) and climate control issues,.as well as general servicing and AWD transmission maintenance.Labour costs are kept as low as possible, and good luck finding VWAG automotive engineers and mechanics as experienced and knowledgeable as Tony and the team - anywhere.Working with A and R VW is so much of a better experience than doing business with dealership VWAG workshops - three times I've had work done at Skoda and VW dealerships for warranty work and every job there was issues with workmanship and actually finishing the required work.I unconditionally trust Tony and the team with my mechanical repairs on my primary drive and will continue to do so for as long as I can.
