EVE Nail Lounge

I happily came to Eve for a few months to have BIAB nail infill but unfortunately, the technician I regularly left the salon.On my last visit I had a new lady who did a really poor job, no cuticle care or prep, big bulky thick nails and poor shaping. When I questioned this I was met with attitude from her and the owner and told I would need to pay an additional $15 for a manicure (on top of the $80 I already paid for the infil and colour).I was so unhappy I found another salon to do them again properly much earlier than the normal 3-4 infil timeframe.Sadly I wont be back for a poor $95 service I can get at a much better salon for $75. The lack of nail and cuticle care as part of the service also adds to faster growth, so better cost wise to find somewhere that includes the care as part of the service.

Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had - I had to pay upfront for an $100 manicure only for them to burn my nails with the e file and lamp.My mother got a pedicure at the same time and her nail has been cut on a wonky angle.When I told the people I was not happy and in pain I was told I didn’t know what I was talking about (I am a qualified nail tech on holiday) and there was nothing they could do. All we got were lies and excuses with no compensation DISGUSTING WORST NAIL PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOI highly recommend you stay well clear of this salon as their customer service is shocking and some of the staff were very rude especially this lady.

Didn’t get the ladies name who did my nails today 19/05, she was absolutely incredible. Took her time and was very patient with me and the decisions. A beautiful environment with wonderful employees

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I do not recommend this nail shop - rude staff, especially the older man who works there.I went there because it was my birthday soon, and I wanted to treat myself to some beauty time, and I left crying.I asked for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was OK, not perfect, but the natural paint manicure was still wet when the gentleman asked me to move from where I was sitting. I wondered if it was necessary as no one was waiting, and my nails were still wet. He insisted yes, and I had a towel on his knees, which I had to remove with wet fingernails, as well as gather the rest of my belongings and put on my sandals.As expected, one of my nails is damaged, to which I tell him, and he tells me it's my fault.Take this review into account if you are thinking of going. There are many other options at Pacific Fair and better.

Great experience. Staff was all so lovely and were very patient when deciding on what style and colours. Staff offered many options to ensure you got what you wanted. Best nail salon I’ve been to! I would highly recommend.

My favourite nail salon on the Gold Coast! I’ve been going to eve for years, they always do an amazing job. One of the few places that offer builder gel too which has been so good for growing my natural nails long. Karen is always so lovely to talk to and gives me the most perfect nails efficiently ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff at Eve Nails are all amazing and the vibe is always positive. Karen has been doing my nails for a while and is a wonderful technician and person. Karen, Justin, Li and all of the staff make you feel welcome and are very good at what they do :)
