Emu mountain wins against big brother Mount Coolum ! Actual walking (not steps) / better natural 360 views / Awesome rocks, flora...For the whole family !So far the best for my 2 year old too !

Great short walk with amazing views. Steep in sections . 2 different paths - one is even and smooth but steep , the other is rocky so a bit trickier .

Great walk up for beautiful 360 degree views. Easy climb for the whole family with lots of birdlife along the way. Park near the state school to get access.

Emu Mountain
Easily accessed, short walk through coastal heath to the top of Emu Mountain. There were quite a few wildflowers in bloom. The track was in good condition becoming rocky towards the top of the mountain. At the top of the mountain there are 360 degree views, taking in the coast & hinterland.
