We were delighted with both the quality of care they provided, and in their organisation and administration. They claim to provide peace of mind" and in my experience they did exactly that. Nurse Next Door team managed by Glenn and Vicki, are real super stars in this industry undoubtedly. They looked after me with a big caring heart, was very attentive since the outset, never neglect even a tiny information with regards to my care plan. Service standards are unmatchable compared to other South Eastern region providers and I was received their services daily in the morning 2 hours per day which their carer made my life easier and enjoyable one everyday. If you truly concern about your loved ones and their well-being, time to meet this compassionate team as I had. I miss them alot.
