Ordered online for next day delivery. Delivery was scheduled for 5 days later. Tried to ring but call centre and online chat only Mon - Sat. What's the point of claiming next day delivery if you can't provide it. Would have gone elsewhere.

Walked in looking for a new fridge. Walked out with next day delivery AND a better deal on my husband’s phone plan. Everyone is delightfully helpful. Special mention to Angelo - this gentleman should get an OBE for exemplary customer service.

Needed a fridge delivered ASAP, called to check if the deliveries advertised for Good Friday would actually be going ahead, was given a snippy answer that anything on the website as available was available, paid $55 for their delivery service that was meant to include the people unpacking it, connecting it to power and taking the packaging. The delivery was rescheduled by text message the morning it was meant to come to 8am the next day. They came before the scheduled time the next morning which isn't convenient either.They didn't unpack it or connect it or take the packaging, so almost the entirety of the advertised features of the $55 premium" delivery was not provided."

Wow what amazing service I had yesterday with May T we were taking for a great 10min about life and I was engaged in the conversation all the while looking at different food processors. We finally settled on one I was happy with the price and I even refused the discount due to this amazing lady and service. Thank you again you have won a customer for many years to come

TL;DR: Dishonest staff promised me a $300 gift card then failed to honour it. Shame on them. Stick to using JB Hifi or Harvey Norman, I've never had issues of this nature with them.I bought a Galaxy S23 under a Telstra promotion and checked with the staff -- repeatedly -- that I would be eligible for a discount on the phone AND a $300 gift card.I was promised that the gift card would be given to me when I picked up the phone. I checked (and double-checked) that the gift card would be given to me when I picked up the phone). Both the salesperson Abby and multiple people at the counter were present during the extended signup process and were privy to the conversation.Later, when I picked up and paid for the phone, I was promised that I would receive gift card details on my phone via text shortly.However, I never received any text. After the passage of over a week -- and multiple phone calls -- I came in and spoke with a manager N******. He changed his story multiple times and even said that the salesperson never offered the gift card. Lies.Conclusion: Either the salesperson repeatedly lied that I would receive a $300 gift card (in addition to the discount) OR they're failing to honour it. Either way they're dishonest.

Bought a washing machine with warranty not so long ago and the parts on the front came out thats why it was leaking huge amount of water and the staff was not very helpful with that and so judging towards it. Horrible customer service. Wont buy any thing else from them that would require possible future talking to the staff ever again.
