Purchased a very hard to get hot plate element (very old) recently and Josh went above and beyond to find us the correct element to fit our stove. Super impressed. Will definitely use these guys again! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I emailed about a part for my old Whirlpool washing machine and received a phone call literally 5 minutes after my email.They had the parts but had to be shipped from Melbourne. I bought oven parts through Kogan. Retail Appliance Parts delivered the parcel to the postal company immediately without any delay. However, the parcel was held by the postal company for over a week without any reason. Josh from Retail Appliance Parts tried hard to get my contact number and followed up on my case closely to fix it. Josh provided 5-star service. I greatly appreciate it!

It's rare these days to get a company that responds to emails within 10 minutes and also does a follow up call the next day. Highly recommend them.

We purchased a Gas Stove Cooktop Reduction attachment Coffee Pot Stand. A 145mm Span for our new Stove. After little bit of search we found this wonderful company on the internet. The ordering system was easy to use. I also found out that they have just recently started their online platform. I it easy to use, and their communication was spot on. We have a 21 year old St George wall oven so wondered about genuine/oem parts availability. Left a phone message at Retail Parts then checked the online store. It's an easy website to navigate for parts, checkout etc. Then had a return phone call to confirm. Very reasonable pricing and express postage. Definitely recommend and will go back to RAP.
