Cozy & cool bar, with a good DJ & good vibe, but the foods very ordinary.The sashimi was good, but the gyozas and sweet potato fries were not enjoyable. Tastes like it was frozen food that had been reheated.I’m guessing you’d only enjoy it if you’ve had more than few drinks!

Let me give you a backdrop of this place...But TLDR;Must go if you are traversing North Melb and want a chill and fun place to hang with your mates!First of all their whisky collection and tasting is affordable AND quality-centric, with handmade ice and furnishes~Moreover, the staff and lovely owners were great! Atmosphere felt as if we are at home and chilling with the best rustic decor, old timey furnishings and vibes.They had a fussball table, chess and other games to spend time with your friends and who does not love gardens? Its one of the best I’ve had to spend time with in Melbourne!Must warn you that as of now, they have no outdoor liscense (owner told me they’re in the process to get it) so that is one drawback, so no drinking outside (for now!).BUT OH MY GOD I LOVE THIS PLACE.Will definitely visit again soon!Sending lots of love~

Nice menu. Whiskey good, a little pricey.Dumplings amazing (Chinese style jiaozi, not Japanese gyoza, but still amazing).Was cold and drafty though, they didn't shut the open front door despite the winter weather that day.Might be because of the QR code menu system, but the staff seemed a little distant. Polite enough when they served us, but not that friendly. Maybe because they chatted between themselves but didn't really talk to us.But the impressive selection of Japanese whiskeys that go well with Chinese dumplings are definitely this place's main drawcard.

Nice and cozy place to enjoy few drinks either with family or friends, service is superb and warm, they have a relatively large collection of Japanese whisky and Sake, if you wanna experience a unique taste of Japanese whisky, this little gem is your place to be.

Really cute place to have a nicd drink and chat. Not a lot of food to pick from but the few sushi bits they do are really nice. Cocktails are good too and a lot to choose from.

The attention to detail is astounding. I recently visited Japan & this brought back memories. I loved the service, the accompaniments to my drinks, the beer available and the Japanese whiskey. The aesthetic of this bar is lovely. I highly recommend coming here for an evening one day if you haven’t already.

What great service! Has a very family-owned feel and everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. Delicious sake options and delicious home made dumplings on offer. The venue is so cutely decorated and is deceptively big. Feels like you are in someone’s stylish home. They couldn’t have been nicer about our requests. Will come again!

Super cosy vibe, and an excellent drinks selection. Some of the best, most unique cocktails I've ever had in my life. And the staff are so nice and friendly it really was a great visit and I will go back as soon as possible.

The experience here was extraordinary!!Very relaxing, chill. It’s a Japanese sake bar but serving in all kind of alcohol. Sure you will find something. Only here for drink but it’s really worth it, sure the food will be amazing.
