We got our leaking hot water system fixed by blaze. Prompt service, reasonable price. Their plumber (Jade i think) was very helpful. He also fixed a leaking tap for no additional charge. Great service!

Our hot water system failed on a Thursday, we called our regular supplier Friday yet was unable and unwilling to help. We had a supplier not turn up and we had a supplier pull the pin. My wife found Jake and he went out of his way on a Saturday and a long weekend mind you without fuss. As expected the parts were unavailable until Tuesday when normal trading hours resumed. After working Saturday and Sunday myself what a relief to come home on Sunday afternoon to a hot shower. Jake sourced the parts on his long weekend and was extremely well priced and considering he is a Master Plumber we were very impressed. Thanks Jake for a rocking hot shower mate, I needed it.

Jake was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done in fixing my leaking roof. The job was done in a timely manner, and just in time as a storm rolled in as he finished. Roof fixed, no leaks, job done. Highly recommended if you want professional and quality, friendly service.

I called Blaze and they sent a leak detector. They found one leak on my property in the garden, they sent a plumber to fix after the storms passed. There was still a major leak somewhere else so the leak detector was sent out again, and found one under the concrete slab and it needed to be quoted. I was charged $517.00 in leak detector fees alone. Plus 185.90 to fix the leak in the garden ($702.90 total).I had the quote day cancelled after payment was made due to an emergency leak, and then never rescheduled, I had to follow up when they were going to finish the job/quote. . In the meantime I arranged quotes from two other plumbers and had a second opinion from another leak detector (who was $220 flat rate!!). Today Blaze came out and quoted $6000 to re-plumb my house. Now they have not done a bad job and they were nice people, but communication wasn't great and considering my two other quotes have been for $1500 to re-plumb my entire home (not $6000!) and my second opinion leak detector was $220 not $517.00) I have to say they are overpriced, I feel I have been ridiculously overcharged and feel silly for trusting them/and trusting their pricing was fair compared to other companies. I would not use them again.

these guys are great!!!!I woke up to find a flood in the back extension area of my house. I had no idea what to do, I had kids to get ready for school and with two small babies I was feeling very overwhelmed. so I googled emergency plumbers and these guys came up. One phone call at 6:30am and 1 hour later they arrived. They assessed the cause of the leak ( my hot water system tank had decided to split ) and were up frount and honest with the cost and just got straight into fixing it. I could carry on with getting kids ready and they removed replaced and installed a new hot water system all by 9:30ish, and you know what else's they cleaned up the mess as well!!!I highly recommend these guys if you need a plumber.Thank you so much Jake and team

He fixed our blown valves and then walked us through the rest of the property to show us what was needed to prevent the same thing happening.Thankyou for being so efficient and helpful. Great service! The boys turned up on time, completed all work to a high standard and hardly stopped for a break on what was one of the hottest days of the summer. Old school professional service, which I would recommend to anyone seeking an honest reliable plumber.
