I bought Luggage on 2.9.2019 and the salesgirl said the Luggage doesn’t have lock. So, she told me I can buy lock if I want to lock it. Then, I chose one from the stand, bought the lock and when I reach home, I found out the Luggage contains its own lock placed behind the warranty card inside the Luggage. She did show the inside of luggage when I asked so, but didn’t show the warranty card and lock. I had just spent money for the extra one that I didn’t need according to salesgirl advice. She doesn’t seem to know about the product well. :(
