Alan was very good communicating from the beginning. He was very honest on the work to be done and did everything that was in his hands to complete it. He came to see the job for free and gave me a good impression of his professionalism. Although he had to do more work than expected, he did not stop until he got it done and happy with it. I would recommend his work and overall his honesty and good communication from the beginning.

After initial contact , Alan visited our home for a survey of the work that we needed , he had a very reasonable quote delivered promptly , which we agreed on and all work was carried out to an efficient pace and to a very high standard.
