Be very careful if using this company they go under many different names:Direct coffee suppliesDirect appliance repairPlease read the reviews on there page and make your own decisions before using them. I had the worst experience the long and short of it was I was charged more than $900 for work that was never completed or even done.The grub that owns and operates this business is a rude outright thief who has no manner of speaking with customers or his staff. Also don’t be fooled by supposed good reviews majority of them are done by the owner close friend and family do your self a favour read the negative reviews and make up your own mind or better still avoid this business at all costs.

I have used German Appliance Services before for repairs to my washing machine.After 15 years my machine was repairable, but the advice and service I received from Jens and his office has been nothing but outstanding.I have now purchased a new washing machine from GAS, it has been delivered, installed and a quick run over of how the machine works.I cannot recommend highly enough this business and staff.Thank you I will recommend you to everyone!!

Technician never showed up. No calls to let us know they weren't coming. Wasted our time waiting at home. Very unprofessional. Debbie who wrote down my appointment the week prior hung up abruptly and has no interest in confirming the details of my appointment. Rude mannerism and unreliable.Call them up to check why no one came. Same non chalant attitude.not worth the hassle.Avoid.AVOID AT ALL COST.

Jens is a legend ! We have had the pleasure of knowing him for over 10 years. Don't buy rubbish, buy quality gear and get Jens to fix it when it wears out.

A fantastic professional team. Upon booking, the model and problem were noted. Jens arrived like a priest - on time and a prior arriving soon phonecall, hurried to my machine, diagnosed the problem quickly and fitted the appropriate part from his vehicle. A wonderful experience compared to other repairers who giggle at an old machine and say Get a new one mate

Thanks to Debbie and Jens for your great advice and service. After all the years of you servicing our appliances we didn’t realise you sold and installed appliances too. Our washing machine died over the weekend, Debbie diagnosed over the phone and suggested we would be better off buying a new one. Later I called back to ask if they had a recommendation for a quality machine and she recommended a Siemens which she mentioned they had a special deal on. They were able to deliver and install the same day at no extra charge. Very impressed!
