Very upset been here a few times and have told them through drive through no mayonnaise on burger and they have stuffed my order up several times on numerous occasions. They lack the ability to behave like adults and cannot follow simple instructions its their own fault for hiring a bunch of teenagers and 15 year olds who dont know what they are doing. Also had a friend that went there and had stuffed up her order to and she complained and was so angry. The manager there didn't even have the common courtesy and decency to apologise. Had to wait even longer to get the meal cooked a fresh batch as they stuffed up my friends order and when my friend recieved the food it still had mayonaise on it and they stuffed it up when she told them no mayonnaise on burger. These people are rude and they don't care about anyone but themselves. All they care about is scabbing people's money for a living and using the money to go do their personal shopping so the female's can buy makeup and hair accessories, perfume, skincare products and other expensive girly items. Food taste good but please be careful when being served here. Always double check food before leaving kfc after making an order to check to see if anything the customer is not happy with.

Stopped on hour way through to Canberra last Friday night. Appalling service, staff didn’t know the menu, ordered & paid for a specific item and later told not available. Staff in the kitchen having a soft drink and making an absolute mess and not caring about their general behavior. Couldn’t sit in to eat as the place wasn’t fit for consuming a meal in. Totally disgusting place for families. KFC should be ashamed.

Absolutely disgusting. Only three young staff members working at lunch time. One young staff member was trying to serve plus make burgers at the same time. Drive thru was closed due to the lack of staff. I feel so sorry for the 3 young staff. Not good enough.I must admit the limited number of staff did an amazing job, although it took over half an hour to get my order it was DEFINITELY NOT their fault. KFC needs to pick their game up. 1 other staff member turned up while I was leaving.25/03/23

KFC Auburn St. Drive through.Poor cleanliness of drive through window. Chicken was 'rubbery' only warm. Chips soggy, only warm.Not eatable, after trying the food was thrown away.No utensils for usein bag.Young girl at the service window was very polite.

Seriously discusting!Never ever get what you order and always missing things.Won't be waiting my money or my time. Don't know how they pass the revs with the cleanliness either.Didn't even want to give it a star!

Ridiculous waiting times.Waited over 20 minutes for a twister combo and a 3 piece feed.Other people had been waiting 40 minutes for their orders and they weren’t even busy!Had to ask them to remake my twister as it had been sitting for 20 minutes.The girl serving us had ear pods in and a random hoodie on.When I worked for KFC years ago they had proper KFC jumpers and jackets to wear.Asked for a rib piece of chicken in my 3 piece feed and got laughed at.Very unprofessional.The girls hair is everywhere, they all have fake nails on, their faces would crack if they tried to smile. What a joke this place is.The staff are completely incompetent at their job.

No complaints first few times visited, but last time last week, I ordered a 3 piece original chicken meal and was disappointed at the received blackened over-cooked chicken pieces. Arrgh! Found out at home when I saw the pieces, and they tasted stale as well.I was so tired after work, I didn't have the energy to go back and complain to them.

Ordered a zinger box, fillet inside burger was like it was frozen then half thawed in a microwave. Had to return it to the counter and they made me a fresh one which was better. But the restaurant was one of the dirtiest we have been to. Rest room not much better.

The food is often better here than other KFCs. The nuggets taste freshly cooked. The restaurant itself looked like a mess today though. Not sure if there had been a recent leak? Water all over the floor, tables not cleaned, stools up on the tables. It was a busy weekend.
