We had Doug King as our property manager when I relocated to Melbourne from Perth. He was efficient, helpful and flexbile to our needs. A very easy process for what could have been stressful. Thanks, Doug!Chad also helped a lot with my property management whenever I had issues he helped very efficiently.

I rented through Metro Property for two years and they were by far the best property managers i've ever had. Our property manager Chad was very helpful and communication was prompt and professional. Any issues that ever arose were quickly dealt with and Chad always made us feel welcome to contact him.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Douglas and Chad from this rental agency, and I can say without hesitation that they were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, they demonstrated the utmost professionalism and expertise in their field.One thing that really stood out to me was their communication. i rented a property for a year.would never use these people rude lazy.took me almost 2 months to get an overpay back after i payed extra in rent every month.!bond was a fight to get back after having 2 chips smaller then a 5c pec.they rented the property out befor the end of my lease..renter be careful was no communication from the landlord in the time i was there one house inspection..over all management should be looked at and work loads should be cut as they have no time to look after ther property’s..if i could give a 0 - 10i would..stressed and tired dealing with them

I've had Chad as my property manager now for a few months and honestly this real estate and Chad have been amazing from the start, everytime there's an issue they're on top of it. Super friendly and extremely responsive! Absolutely recommended!

Korina was very prompt and responsive with any issue regarding lease of property, the process was very smooth.Chad Josman who is managing the property is very good at his job , even during new year period he was responding to my emails and addressing the issues which needed attention.Overall a very good experience with Metro property management.I would highly recommend them.

Doug King was excellent to deal with recently while I was enquiring on a property to rent.
