The owner pretty much told me, that due to her decision to put her own prices up, she was going to absorb my $100 credit into what my previous sessions would have cost at her current rate.Although it had been a while since my last session, in that time she had a baby, I had a baby (and I wasn't getting a painful procedure when pregnant) plus all the lockdowns of COVID happened but she still decided to use 'time' as an excuse.She didn't even offer for me to pay her current rate and put my credit towards it which I would have been happy to do, and which would have been the right thing for her to do.There are plenty of reasonable, more professional and honest places out there.

Georgina was amazing. I took my son to get some assistance with acne related issues. I was so impressed with her level of professionalism and knowledge. She explained the way the skin works in a way that was easy to understand and taylored my sons treatment so that it was straight forward and easy for him to maintain. Such a lovely, friendly person. I've put my trust in Georgiana!
