Mike Manuka - mural artist & sign writer

We had a dark graffitied laneway next to our cafe and Mike approached us with a proposal to brighten things up. He did. And we love it. In fact his artwork has brightened up the whole neighbourhood and has become a bit of a talking point. It drives a lot of foot traffic to our our cafe which of course we are delighted with. Parts of the wall are Instagram ready so people come to get photographed and most also pop into the cafe.Mike’s wall has now been used as a backdrop in a short film, a dance video, several fashion shoots and countless Instagram pic. The vast majority of those also hashtag our cafe. It’s been a win win. We’ve always said “you can never have too many rainbows” and we now have a big bold permanent one on the side of our shop. Mike has a straightforward, collaborative, reliable and totally professional approach. It was all too easy and we are five stars happy.TheRawBoys
