Very courteous and well mannered staff - very little waiting (maybe because of nature of my requirement) and very clean. Results were made available within an hour with the report sent to GP immediately and I was notified of the same as well.

Lovely reception and radiographer. I was able to secure an X-ray within a short few minutes of arriving unannounced. Ample of close parking and bulked billed facility which was financially helpful. Highly recommend

Highly recommend South West Radiology in Minto. I had my ultrasound here today and the team were so professional and friendly. I saw Mari for my ultrasound and she was so kind and explained everything to me really well. It was a great experience

Great customer service since the moment I left my Dr’s appointment. They called me and advised the process for an X-ray and followed up with a text. The facility was clean with modern equipment. All the staff I encountered were very professional and I didn’t have to wait long.

I attended on Thursday the 20th of April at 12pm... all staff were exceptional and so friendly, except one younger blonde lady working at reception (was on her phone browsing while I'm standing in clear site to be attended to, she showed no emotion other than boredom). The hijabi lady at the reception was fantastic both times I attended, was efficient and friendly with a smile. Will attend again for that reason

Arrived at wrong appointment time. No problems. Took me straight in and did both procedures I required. Shop front is new so I expected it to be clean. Place sparkled. Technicians were friendly and professional. Great experience.
