Fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything was made easy for me during a stressful time, trying to help my grandfather finish a subdivision on his property to pay for aged care. Anyone who lives next to a block with proposed demolition would be filled with dread. A demolition involving complete asbestos removal is enough to make you want to sell up and move! Unless you’re lucky enough to have “Preferred Demolition “ doing the job. What a refreshing change .this company was- totally professional right from the start. Beginning with a letter in the mailbox from the company stating their proposed work schedule and name and number of their contact. thanks for the work that Linda, Mark, Brian and their guys did for me in clearing the hideous structure that was previously my add-on room into a pleasant and welcoming alfresco area. I love the new patio and it would not have happened without the wonderful work all of they did with the demolition and plumbing works.I've told everyone I know how about the excellent service I received from both Preferred Demoliton and Bripat Plumbing and especially Linda in the office who kept the boys in line. Honestly, look no further, you have found the best in the business right here. Linda in admin is a gem and Mark is not only a quality operator who will do an awesome job but also a top bloke. The two of them demonstrated care for us as a client, care in their work and conducted themselves professionally at all times. Mark is very hard working and did a great job demolishing our house, working around the pool we needed to retain and left the block raked thoroughly and very neat. He even carefully managed to remove trees on property boundary and near power dome. All this and very competitive on price too. Can't recommend them enough, absolute best.
