dissapointing yet again. Oil seemed old so chips and carolina crunchy chicken burger had an awful taste. also the chicken was twice cookwd so very overdone brown crumbs and to top it off I couldn't tell that the choc shakes had any chocolate in them. Spent $35 for 2 people. Must agree with slack and slow drive through as from previous visits.

Rude staff and couldn't get the order right. Didn't bother talking to them. Called my initials and threw the food on the counter and walked off. I didn't think she could hold a conversation well enough to understand anything I had to say.

Discussing service by the manager! She didn’t even greet us when being served in the drive thru. When at the window there was no greeting just said $29.00 and shoved the eftpos machine out the window. When we got the food it was shoved out the window and when we asked for our drinks she looked at us like we were lying. Worst attitude by rolling her eyes and backchatting when we told her she needs better customer service as a manager. Will not be back!

Service was fantastic only saw one boy running the whole store named Matthew respectful young bloke. Took my order as soon as possible and made my orders within 5 minutes despite there being a dinner rush. Props to old mate really made my stop here on the way to Mt Macname amazing.

We ordered 2 Jacks breakky wrap small meals through the drive through. The coffee's were 1 latte and 1 flat white. How does someone get an extra large iced coffee out of that. The girl said $28.85 when the price should have been $23.90. We tried to explain the order as above but the girl kept saying that we ordered all of this other stuff.We will never go back again. If we could give no stars we would have. We left without our meals.At least we got our order from another HJ. SEE PHOTO

Twice I've been through the drive- through to grab some food. 1st time girl serving was rude, couldn't care less about the job she was doing, zero customer service! 2nd time girl almost threw the food bag at me, bland responses, didn't even hear me say thank you as she'd already slammed the little window shut & the spicy chicken burger was utterly inedible!! Like rubber! Won't be going there again!

Whenever I come through drive-thru after a long day school, I am always welcomed by the happiest staff who generally care about the hospitality the brand stands for! The food is always fresh and the cool drinks are always refreshing. My orders are always 100% accurately done. I will always suggest this Hungry Jacks!!!

Hungry Jack's Burgers Haigslea
Twice I've been here this year and both times i have had a very poor experience, from the couldn't care less attitude of the staff, the incorrect order being given and worst of all the poor hygiene standards as I watched them grab meat products and with the same hands grab salad items and then a cleaning rag.Definitely won't be back.
