If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst service. I did not get anything for what I paid. I paid online for eyelash extensions and after 3 weeks of calling trying to get through to them to actually book it, they finally answer and I book a time the next day to get it done. It was really hard to understand them on the phone, so I called once more to confirm it. The next day when I show up to the appointment at the time, the store seems closed, clearly no one is even in it. When I call them various times, I can hear the phone ringing from inside the store, and its never answered, same as before. After waiting half an hour, I leave. I do not get a call back, and still have not had my appointment tf or which I’ve paid for.

Booked here with my Groupon voucher for lash extensions. I was SO impressed with the professionalism and friendly service. I haven't had my lashes done in years after some bad experiences in the past but these ones are beautiful! Very natural looking which I like and not uncomfortable at all. The application was very fast but I can definitely tell it was done with perfection. Very happy customer and will be back!
