Picked up a product instore tonight, price checked it and it scanned higher than ticketed price. I returned to where I picked it up and checked barcode on ticket to make sure it was the right product. Being a retail manager myself, I knew what to look for. Proceeded to checkout and when it scanned higher than ticket I questioned it with team member. They got someone to go check the price and came back and told me it was right. I didn't bother to question them so paid and went and got them the ticket with the lower price telling them they need to check their ticketing. At this point a customer approached me commenting on how poor the service was and that when I walked away the staff were talking amongst themselves, saying who bloody cares

Kmart shopping is next level brilliant. The products are fantastic and the pricing value equally as fantastic. Great to see front door staff checking on COVID check in Tas compliance. Super easy customer service and click & collect. Kmart has just about everything one would need other than major electrical appliances like Big screen TV's, fridges and washing machines which is a pity Because they'd beat the other big retailers hands down for service, price and value.

Not good. Had a bunch of clothes on one table. No individual prices just a sign at one end saying $5:50 only to get to the counter for some items to say $17.00 they went and checked and said its not the whole table. Well put individual prices on the items morons.

Two young men Bailey & Ollie assisted me in lifting a couple of bikes for my granddaughter. Then set the two bikes to be set up and was ready within the week. Right in time for her birthday and she loved it. Bikes are still running beautifully a month later and I have been shopping here ever since. Great customer service 10/10!
