One week from measure, quote to delivery and putting up. They take the time to show you what to do. Great warranty (not that I have needed to use it).

Had these guys do several changes to our existing annexe walls on our poptop to be able to open it all up and couldn't be happier, and got the extender room which is great.Now our annexe can be completely opened up to the outside. They are always helpful to discuss options. Highly recommended.

Just a little comment for this company. Your products did come very highly recommended as quality and long lasting hence we booked to come for a measure and quite. Please note that people are busy and it isn’t always easy to bring buses or caravans to you. I found your website to be misleading. Upon arriving and expecting a good range to be on display, (I did ask on my confirmation phone call if I could see the fabrics nd colours) I was told that’s pretty much it, one black and grey annexe. When I asked could we get what I wanted, the gentlemen basically said yuck, who would want that, jokingly or not, it’s my bus, I love colour, so want colour and I felt what I wanted was not respected at all.Just a little background info. I have bought a bus for permanant travel. I have no parking anywhere where I live due to Gold Coast being ruined by high rises in suburbia and so much construction going on. I had to rely on neighbours shuffling cars and people coming home from work early to help me save room for the bus when I got back from my appointment. . Stripping back a bus and having so many businesses to go to for fittings, quotes etc, I always double check that I am not wasting my time and energy going there so was disappointed that I had asked all the right questions and felt mislead that you could not only NOt supply what I want but a heads up that you could not even get an awning for 7 or 8 months would have been good to know before I came to you as well. A phone call to the supplier two weeks previously had me reserve an awning thankfully from threat shipment so a bit of homework wouldn’t go astray.
