Lisa Cutri has been amazing and she is a superstar. From the first call we received from her, she was fast efficient, professional, cheerful, honest, friendly, helpful, experience, fair and many more. We particularly happy with the services she provided to us tirelessly even at one stage she knew we might sell our place and not renting out. But she still helped us as much as she can including providing rental appraisals numerous times in different periods.Once we decided to keep our place and rent it out, there were different rental agents approached us but we declined them all as we knew Lisa is the only one that we want. She deserves everything that she earned.Lisa helped us to rent our place out at the first week and found us great tenants. We are very happy with it. The whole rental process she tried to do as much as possible to reduce our stress and has really made it easy for us. Of course her professional advice and inputs are also very valuable to us.Once our property has rented out. STEER CLEAR LANDORDS & TENANTS ALIKE!We've had the unfortunate experience of borh sides of the fence. As our investment property manager, they lied constantly about the condition of our house and treated our tenants in an appalling fashion. We lost 2 fantastic tenants from their antics. They are so inept at performing such services that they profess to provide, that i fail to see how they remain in business.

I've had the absolute pleasure dealing with Suzanne and Kunal throughout the process of buying my first home. They've been great with communication, accommodating and friendly from start to finish.Special thanks to Kunal for coming in on a public holiday for the final inspection and Suzanne for prompt responses to emails/calls. I've had less than satisfactory experiences with REA in the past but I'm glad to say this was not my experience with these two. Thanks again ✌

Kunal helped me found a property in Perth. He is one of the best and friendliest property manager/Investment consultant I have met. He went above and beyond in helping me secure a property by giving me his knowledgeable opinion and honest advice as to which property to buy. He was quick on his feet and was helping us even on a weekend. I wouldn't be able to secure a property interstate without Kunal's help. Definitely highly recommended! 5 Stars!
