Melanie is a Customer Service Champion! Yesterday with a heavy wheeled case and sports bag, she joined me struggling on crutches, so took my luggage and walked me to the lift...We chatted briefly and asked would I like ramp assistance at Town Hall; I said No I will manage."When arriving a Woman in her 50's had a small ramp for me to walk my luggage and me onto the platform safely.I asked did Melanie phone this through?And the woman said yes!That's what we do to help passengers!Melanie you are a NSW State Rail Customer Service Champion!"

Can someone recommend Sydney Train to fix their faulty and outdated speakers around the platform?This guy has been announcing and all we could hear is bees buzzing inside .Even the station staff sounded very tired and no idea what speech he was delivering!

When there are trains running until midnight can’t understand the reason why they would turn the escalators off by 9pm and the toilets are locked by 9:30pm. Doesn’t make sense considering how busy the station is even late at night.If there are security issues in keeping escalators running and toilets open then those should be addressed instead of locking the toilet and turning the escalators off !

One of the busier stations on the North Shore line, with a lot of development in the nearby streets taking place. It can be a bit windswept in winter when it’s worth waiting in the upstairs pavilion until a minute or so before your train arrives. There’s a a selection of small shops at the station entry providing all the essentials.
