I drive my Toyota RAV4 to VisionOne for a quote today, The mechanic said that he is very busy at the time can you leave your car at the workshop today so he can find the issue and will ring me later and a price for me, I have told him that the coolant is leaking, At lunchtime he ring me and he said this job will cost me about $900-$1200, i got shock he diagnosed the issue is the water pump need to replace, I told him that I don’t want to fix it because was very expensive then I went back to pick up my car in the afternoon and I got a bill for quote the issue the bill was $121, he said it take him one hour to find out the issue, I already told him that the issue is come from the coolant so being a professional mechanic he will know the problem straight away he said take one hour to find out his kidding me, I said to him I thought it will be free he said I get $121 for one hour quote, Because he didn’t tell me about $121 for quote at the beginning, I will advise that any local people be very careful to use VisonOne.

I have been using Vision mechanics since 2021. They provide great and timely service. Vision mechanic’s manager Abhi is very customer centric and always gives you pro active advise on car maintenance.

I has VisionOne replace the main crank seal on my Hyundai i30. The mechanic did the right thing and bought an aftermarket seal. The problem was that the aftermarket seal was loose fitting (mechanic told me this) and it popped out when the car was started. They then used a genuine seal and it was a success. The mechanic should've stopped as soon as he knew the seal was a poor fit. I ended up paying for both the unsuccessful and successful repair. No offer of a discount was offered. I wouldn't recommend them.

Outstanding mechanical business! I moved to Sydney from interstate a few months ago and they did a blue slip for me. Abhi is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was so impressed that I then then booked my car here for a service a few months later. New front brakes and tyres were also needed. The job done was outstanding and my car has never ran as well before as it does now. Abhi is an awesome mechanic and prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend to others. After a couple of previous shaky experiences, I tried them again with new mechanic and manager. The result was great work and a mechanic that understood the care needed for an older but well-looked-after prestige car. He was also happy to listen and understand the fault which resulted in a fixed car at the first attempt at 30% less than the initial quote.

Great service, Tyrone worked after hours to service my car just before xmas, cannot speak more highly of the great work done by vision one! great work guys!

Vision One are indeed worthy of the many accolades they have garnered. They were friendly, knowledgeable and even gave me a loaner car so my work wouldn't suffer. They had my complete confidence as I left and even then I was very impressed by the state of my car when I got back. And fast, all done in one day! They were upfront when it came to possible complications and the price at the end of it was very reasonable. I would recommend them to all. Both my work car and my husband's car will be Vision One cared for from now on!!
