I went to this post office with 3 passport applications to do, 1 for myself and 2 for my kids. Although it took nearly 2 hours, I appreciate their help. John & the lady who processed my applications were really good & corrected my mistakes without making a huge fuss about it. John also took replacement photos of my daughter as he wasn’t happy with the one Mt Ommaney Post Office took and didn’t charge me for it.

Rude Staff.. unpleasant experience25.11.21Another bad experience. Watch out for the lady with specks. Rude, will Judge you, arrogant.. This lady is more interested in other colleagues work at side counter rather than her's. Shame on you for the way you approach towards your customer

The slim lady has very good costumer service very helpful on the other hand the fat lady is very rude, she needs to attend costumer service education/training. She claimed that she’s been working in the post office for a longer period of time well in fact it looks she doesn’t have enough knowledge with her work, that fat lady needs to resign, she is destroying the reputation of the company. Go to the other post office if you want to be treated fairly..

Pathetic service from what seem to be the manager of the store. I waited in line for over 25 minutes to get a passport application done, finally got to the front of the queue and she advise me to step aside for some time while she got the queue down. One star is way too much

I try my hardest to avoid the branch when the particular server is working. This time I was unable to because she popped out from the back unexpectedly while I was next in line and waiting to be served.When the heavy set Caucasian lady got my two parcels from the back, she fumbled and dropped one on the counter. She continued with be quite rough with it, jerking it around to try and find details she needed. I reluctantly asked her to be a bit careful with it because it contained a brand new phone and other electronic goods. She scoffed and replied, these things have already been thrown around on it's way here anyways. if it's a phone

Rate it 0 star if i could. Had the worst service ever from this Asian lady and Caucasian lady. Informed me that I couldn't complete my application due to a mistake. I explained to them that it wasnt a mistake and that its similar to my legal documents and they wouldn't understand and said 'no cant serve you'. I left and went to another post office the next day and the lady there was extremely nice and helpful and said she doesnt know why the ladies would tell me it was a mistake. Never again Inala post.

Im not sure where to voice my concern.I got a message today about my parcel will be delivered today... cut the long story short...the post delivery man in Durack delivered my parcel to my next door neighbour.... how do i know? Coz when i checked the status for my order it said already delivered... so i went to my next door neighbour...i looked like a thief not sure if they have cameras but i courageously went up to the door and checked the parcel and yes i was right. Its mine....how irritating is that?Please make sure you deliver correctly. Double check and triple check!!!!

My friend and I went to lodge a passport application, we were respectful and friendly. The staff member rudely criticised us for a number of mistakes we'd made on the application, did not listen when we voiced our confusion over the specific process for applicants without birth certificate evidence, and belittled us for having obtained our passport photos elsewhere. It was a very unhappy experience and I will avoid going back to this post office at any cost.

Once again, I pay extra for delivery and I wait for the parcel at the front gate patiently. Delivery driver has a pre filled card for me to pick up my parcel 3 days later. Didn't even attempt delivery. Garbage service.
