Do not use this company! The earliest booking I could get was a 4 day wait and then they cancelled out on me at the last minute. They left me high and dry with a tenant coming in the next day.

Very pleasant and hardworking cleaners! The house looks great, very clean and tidy. They informed me about a 10 minute delay because of the traffic and when started the cleaning both guys worked hard to make the place spotless and make up for the late arrival.

Great cleaners! We used their end of tenancy cleaning service when moving out and got our deposit back. The landlord was even impressed and asked for their contact information.

First I want to say that I'm not a person you can easily impress but honestly I'm impressed with this cleaning company. Cleaning is not my favourite thing so I use professional cleaners and from my experience it's not very easy to find good cleaning company with high standards and decent prices. Malvern Cleaners is the real deal. Team was on time and none from the other cleaning companies that I've used can compare the standard and amount of work achieved within the agreed time frame in my home. First time ever using professional cleaners that actually know what they are doing. I usually have a really hard time cleaning the apartment as I have two retrievers that shed hair all over the carpets and very other possible surface. That's also the main reason why I've used professional cleaning services for over 10 years now but Malvern Cleaners were something different.I checked their website before calling them to see what services they offered and was surprised to find out that they have a wide range and some nice deals like a carpet and sofa cleaning for half the price so I opted for that one. The booking was fairly easy, the customer care service was good and most importantly it didn't take long at all.The next day two cleaners arrived, a woman and a man, they appeared to be husband and wife, but I can't remember their names which a a shame, I hope they keep records on their cleaners so that I can get the same crew the next time too. They were amazing, very friendly and talkative people, they were able to clean 3 carpets and most of the upholstery in the house in under 2 hours, which took other cleaning companies twice the amount of time.Thank you Malvern Cleaners!
