Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Warrnambool

I had a sore eye while travelling through Warrnambool and the team at Specsavers could not have been more friendly and helpful. They fitted me in to get my eye checked, the optometrist was so professional and caring and all this late on a Friday afternoon. The best service, highly recommend them.

Would have been 5 stars. Eye check up was excellent and all of the staff excellent but they suggested a hearing test. Hoping for something better than the noisy caravan test at work I agreed. I was disappointed that they didn't have a sound proof room or even a remotely quiet room. It was terribly noisy. The program states that it takes background noise into consideration but I won't bother next time.

I recently had a hearing test Peter Hoang, at the time I was having a severe Ménière’s / Vestibular migraine attack. My symptoms over vertigo, hyperacusis and tinnitus were extreme, I can’t thank Peter enough for not the kindness and care he showed me at such a difficult time. Not only that, he was very professional and with Peter’s work my neurologist was able to diagnose me Ménière’s, which after being unwell for over 8 years has finally lead to treatment that is helping.But wait there is more!After my neurologist appointment and diagnosis he recommended I get another hearing test once my hearing improved to I rang Peter as I had some questions. Peter was once again polite and allowed me to ask him questions and offered me his knowledge and advice.I hope Peter is recognised by Specsavers as a valuable part of the team.Thank you again Peter.Sue

Always really nice staff and the optometrists and their equipment are excellent... Very Happy customer!!

Some members of staff wear extreme amounts of perfume that make being in a room with them unbearable. Optometrist is dismissive and rushed and easily frustrated when you are unable to distinguish which lens is best. I would avoid ESPECIALLY if you or your family members are neurodivergent. The consultants who help with selecting glasses were lovely at the end which was a shame as I was no longer interested

Will be avoiding Kotarah store, staff miss quoted, the day we collected our Glasses my husband was treated like a second classed citizen, in the franchisee eyes, customers don't come first.

Brilliant service with friendly & helpful staff. Great range of frames & great pricing. Wait times for fitting or testing is very good. Turnaround time for receiving glasses after ordering is also reasonable.

Under quoting on glasses. Then at payment time price increases due to staff not quoting on what had been requested.Staff not responsible for their actions.Being told by the store partner I will have to have written quote in future to have prise upheld.After experience at ordering day, then on collection day, the store partner has made me loose respect for this store.Where has my review on the Kotara sore gone here?????

Everything is streamlined from the time you walk in for your appointment from optional hearing test to all up to date eye tests and seeing the Optometrist and fitting of new glasses !Couldn't recommend Specsavers Highly Enough, Thank You !!
