Just Cuts Gungahlin

Went there today asked for long layers and to blend my bangs into the rest of my hair. She cut half my hair off and now it’s super short, not even proper layers just cut chunks out of my hair, didn’t blend my bangs into my hair just cut them shorter so now I look like Edna from the incredibles. DONT GO HERE!!

My 2yr old had a haircut today with Julie that I was absolutely dreading because it's usually such a traumatic experience for him. I even warned her as we arrived :) but...Julie was amazing and we will definitely be taking him back there! Julie made Flynn a part of the experience and he loved to be included. Very efficient, courteous service from the beautiful salon owner (Isabella? So sorry I can't remember her name, especially when she took the trouble to introduce herself to me and call me by my name). Megan was the lovely stylist who cut my hair. She also introduced herself, listened to eat I wanted and did exactly what I asked. I was extremely pleased with my experience at Style cuts salon and will certainly go there again when visiting my son.

Since moving to canberra i have gone to a few other places but i mostly i have come here and i always leave happy with my cut and i have had a different stylist each time but i never leave disappointed. Lately i have been trying to get my haircut done on my husbands days off as to not bring the newborn and toddler but plans havent worked out, so today i tried my luck seeing as it was quiet and the kids were behaving to get a cut and wow just wow.. the stylist was super friendly and she helped me with my little ones even tho i insisted she didnt need to. The service was incredible and my haircut was amazing i left feeling so confident and happy. This place is a must, i highly recommend to everyone.

My 2yr old had her first haircut with Julie today. Julie was fantastic with my daughter who was quite apprehensive at the start. She offered her a toy then to watch some tv or look at herself in the mirror. She didn't push when my daughter refused to wear the cape and was just lovely with her the whole time. It was a very good first experience and we will definitely be returning

Have previously had my hair cut here and was happy with the result. Yesterday came at 11:40, naturally assuming a wait time. Got told to come back at just after 1 and was booked into the list. Came back and was told no 5 more people still in front of me as their lunch breaks were late, sorry but inexcusable. It makes no sense that still 5 more people in front and makes it seem as though they continue to accept people regardless of a list they have and an order. If you were running ahead, CALL ME. I was just waiting around. Very unhappy with the service, likely won’t be going again.

Had my hair cut here for about a year now. My cut is pretty easy to do so it's never bad nor rough. Customer service is always good with good bants during the cut. :)Never used the app to book in, though. Word is it's counterproductive and quite erroneous. I usually walk in early, ask about the waiting time for a cut when they're actually looking at the booking list, accept the time, and come back later. Never fails.

They were very friendly and excellent customer service. They really care about their work and did a really great one. Highly recommend
